I have a camera system comprising of 5 outdoor Hikvision DS-2CD2T42WD-I5 4MP bullet cameras (purchased from use-ip ltd), and I seem to have problems with 3 of these cameras constantly disconnecting from live view. The strange thing is ,however, that the recordings of all cameras are working just fine, and I can see the IR illuminators of all cameras working nonstop during the night. I don't have an NVR, so I use all cameras independently and I am using a NAS computer to record the footage. I power all cameras with POE.
When I open ivms4200, immediately these 3 cameras are not showing on the live view. However, when I click to reload the camera, it comes back online almost immediately, but then it disconnects again after about 10 seconds. In less then a minute, the camera comes back online in the live view for less than a minute and then disconnects yet again! This cycle then continues forever.
So it seems that the cameras keep disconnecting and reconnecting on the live view, but the footage from all the recordings on the NAS are fine without any missing data. What do you guys think is the issue?
These are the error messages I am getting in ivms4200 'Failed to get stream, start reconnection. Error Code ivms4200.exe[302] Camera is disabled or not connected.'
Also I get this message '.control PTZ failed. Error CodeHCNetSDK.dll[10]. Receiving data from device timed out.
Anyone knows how to fix this? Thank you very much in advance.

Ivms 4200 Error Code 302 Activation
From my point of view this is a bug in the iVMS 4200 windows software (and a shameful one. If there is any admin reading this, please put some pressure on the right persons to prioritize the fix for this issue in iVMS 4200.

In the main viewer the motion is indicated as usual, but when you go to event playback and search by camera and date, it comes up blank, right up to when I updated.
Doesn't look like there is any hard drive activity. Double checked the motion settings. One camera seemed to have motion disabled, but the other 5 were still on.
An additional reboot did not help.
The camera layout doesn't seem to stick. Changes when I reboot.
If through device management I go double check some settings, it is throwing some dll errors that it can't communicate?
Specifically:
Error code HCNetSDK.dll [9]. (Failed to receive data from the device.)
Now: looking at the event/alarm log.
It seems loaded with failed to load stream errors? Every time there is motion .. continuously adding:
Date Time Camera: Failed to get Stream. Start Reconnection. Error Code iVMS-4200.exe[302] (Camera is disabled or not connected)
Does anybody have any thoughts on what the cause and remedy for this might be?
All cameras show fine in main view, so there is no physical disconnect. I wouldn't know how to have them disabled or re-enabled.
PS: Finding some minimal results in Russian, but google pretty much comes up blank.
